A: We accept payments from PayPal and all major credit cards.

Q: What is the ordering Process like?

A: 1. First, contact us with your order and we will send you a quote.
2. Once you approve the quote we will collect 50% and begin the work.
3. We will give you an estimate to when the work will be completed and keep you updated throughout the process.
4. When the work is completed you will receive a link to a gallery, to review the work.
5. Once you approve, we will collect the other 50% of the order and ship your miniatures.

Q: What are your postage costs?

A: This depends on the order, but we ship USPS flat rate priority mail. Cost can be as low as $6, but averages around $20.

Q: What happens if I can’t pay?

A: If you are not able to pay the final 50% of your order we will strip the miniatures of all the work we completed and return them to you.
